Continental U.S. orders ship within 3 days on in-stock orders. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you are shipping a gift, please let the person know a package will be coming so it will not be refused. If a package is returned to us the customer will be billed for the shipment and the return shipment. 1World Kids is not currently able to process international orders online. Please email sales@1worldkids.com with the item(s) you would like to purchase and the address to which it will be shipped. We will e-mail you to let you know if arrangements can be made and what total charges may apply. Duties and taxes are due upon receipt of an international order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Tax Charges: Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. These charges are not reflected in the prices but will be displayed before your order confirmation and checkout. Out of Stock: If an order is placed for an out of stock item, we will contact you by email to apprise you of any delays and to provide you with an estimated ship date. You can also email sales@1worldkids.com with the item number and your name and we will e-mail you once the item is back in stock. Payment Information: We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Damaged Items: If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost. Please contact us and we will promptly assist you. Return/Cancellation Policy: If you would like to return any item, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order, given that it has not been played with or otherwise damaged from use, and is in its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipment and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive full credit.
